It's almost Halloween!
I'll be honest, Halloween is far from being my favorite Holiday, but this year, I'm celebrating anyway! I absolutely love the fall - the crisp chill in the air, the changing colors of the leaves, the magnificent, breathtaking views whenever you drive somewhere, pumpkin, and apples, OH MY! A few weeks ago, my boyfriend, Sal, and I went pumpkin picking, and apple picking if you count picking one apple off the tree, and hiding while eating it. I'm not a huge fan of carving pumpkins, but we did it anyways. Mine turned into a ghost, though I was aiming for Frankenstein, and if you know anything about the super hero world, you probably know what Sal's pumpkin is all about.
While I sat there at the table, carving my poor excuse of a pumpkin, I thought, what else could I do with the pumpkins we had... and then it came to my fitness loving mind... A WORKOUT!
And so, The Great Pumpkin Workout was born! All you need is a pumpkin, preferably one that has not been carved already. So if you're like me, and you suck at carving pumpkins, and have a ton of pumpkins you just don't know what to do with, grab it and go! I promise you that this workout will leave you dripping in sweat!
