HIITSGIVING CHALLENGE DAY 4

Day 1-3 have come and gone! Wait are we really more than halfway through this challenge? I can't believe it either, but it's HIITSGIVING HUMP DAY (and the day before thanksgiving)! So it's time to put in maximum effort, if you haven't been already! I'm currently making my way to Green Bay, or already there, depending on what time you're reading this, taking my boyfriend on the trip of a lifetime to see the Packers play at Lambeau Field and see Brett Favre's jersey retire! It's going to be one incredible trip, I'll tell you that much! Traveling and staying healthy aren't two things that are mutually aligned, at least not usually, especially during the holidays! I get it, don't worry, because I think we're all in the same boat here. Usually before I hop on the plane, I grab a bagel, and have ginger ale, to settle my stomach. I'm not the most relaxing passenger. However, there are plenty of healthy options at the airport! You can grab a greek yogurt and fruit cup to start your day! You can grab a bar or another piece of fruit for an inflight snack, if your flight is that long. When it comes to the rest of the meals, enjoy yourself, but try to opt for the healthier versions, or smaller portions, as if you were at home! Whether your hotel, or wherever you're staying, has a gym or not, you can get your HIIT workouts here DAILY until Sunday! 

You better believe I'm still getting my workout in, and hopefully you are too! There are no excuses when your workout is under 8 minutes! Considering it's Hump Day, your workout will focus on legs and booty! These moves are guaranteed to get your hear rate up, cause you to sweat, and build some muscle! Let those legs burn, baby, burn! When you think you can't do one more rep, bang it out! Do not let yourself stop before you hear that bell at the end of the 30 seconds!

Before you start that timer, think of yet another thing of what you're thankful for, and dedicate your workout! Then complete the HIIT above 3x, 30 seconds each move, resting for 30 seconds or holding a 30 second plank after each HIIT! 

When you complete today's HIIT challenge, post a photo on social media so you can hold yourself accountable and so I can check in on you and make sure you're getting all your workouts in!

If you did this before work, great job! Now you'll be set with a positive attitude and a glowing look all through your work day! If you did this when you got home, then you're that much closer to Thanksgiving! Hump Day isn't over yet, to get over the rest of the hump, why not treat yourself to a healthy chocolate mug cake!
