HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!
While everyone is just be waking up and turning on their TVs to watch the Thanksgiving Day Parade in NYC, I'm waking up to go spend Thanksgiving lunch with Brett Favre, oh and my lovely boyfriend. Later on we're heading to the Green Bay Packers game at Lambeau Field! I still cannot believe we'll be at the game, and I'm not even a die hard fan like Sal! Even though it's a holiday, one that I hope you'll be spending with those you love, surrounded by good conversation, and even better food, you should still get your workout in! Some gyms may be closed, meanwhile others have a special Thanksgiving class, but you don't even have to step out of your living room to get in a GREAT workout!
I've created a cardio HIIT for you to burn calories before you eat all the calories! This HIIT will leave you burning calories even while you're eating your huge Thanksgiving Day dinner! I know it sounds too good to be true, but it's not because that's exactly what HIITs do! They're quick, intense workouts that get your heart rate up and keep your metabolism working in overdrive all day!

I've asked that you think of one thing you're thankful for each day, before you do your workout, but today, I want you to make a list. Take a few minutes out of your day and make a gratitude list. What are you most thankful for in your life? Write it down, and be thankful that you have what you have, are surrounded by people who love and care about you, your health, opportunities, etc. The list can be endless if you think of even the smallest things in your life. When you finish, take a nice deep breath in, and release any negative things that may be going on in your life. Then go ahead and HIIT IT!
Go through the HIIT above 3x - making sure to complete each move for 30 seconds before moving on to the next one! Between each HIIT hold a 30 second plank, or rest for 30 seconds, before getting right back into it!

Now I know many people save their calories for Thanksgiving lunch or dinner, but I can't wake up and go about my day without eating breakfast of some sort, even if it's small! So I've come up with the perfect, quick and easy breakfast that'll leave you plenty of room for your turkey dinner, but still give you some energy to get your workout done and cook the rest of the day!
