On the Seventh & Eighth Day of Fitmas: CATCH UP

With all of the holiday celebrations, and unfortunately, being so busy with my job at the hospital, I lost the weekend! I apologize for not posting the workouts here sooner, but they are here, and they're going to keep pushing you past your limits. If you need to catch up, now is the time! I'll be joining you, as well! 

On the seventh day of FITMAS, my personal trainer gave to meeeeee.... 

7 high/low planks,

6 plank jack push ups,

5 BURRPEEESSSS,

4 knee tucks,

3 star crunches,

2 minute wall sit

and a 1 minute plank by the treeeeeeee. 

Now that the 7th day is out of the way, are you up for day 8? I'm not sure you are, but it's here and we're going to workout anyways! 

On the eighth day of FITMAS, my personal trainer gave to meeeeee.... 

8 oblique plank crunches

7 high/low planks

6 plank jack push ups

5 BURRRRPPPEEEESSS

4 knee tucks

3 star crunches

2 minute wall sit

and a 1 minute plank by the treeeeeee. 

Just because you missed a day or two, doesn't mean you give up entirely, you've been working hard for over a week now, and that doesn't mean you throw it all away because you missed one workout. Here's to starting this new week off with positive thoughts. It may be a short work week for you, or you may have to work during the holiday, either way, make this week memorable, and really be present in each and every moment.
