On the 9th, 10th, and 11th Day of Fitmas: Support

We are almost coming to an end with the 12 Days of Fitmas, and I just can't believe how quickly it has come and gone! It has certainly made the wait for Christmas even that much better if you ask me! Though I'm sure at this point, you're dreading the count down! At this point, it's all about reaching out for support, if you haven't already. It's so important to hold yourself accountable, and what better way to do that than by having an accountability partner, or someone you can rely on to tell you to get off your ass and go workout. Whether you find that support in a friend, family member, your trainer, a person that goes to your gym the same time as you, you know they're going to push you to do things that even you didn't know you were capable of! I love when I hear people say that they were pushed to workout because of me, or they came to class knowing someone else was counting on them being there. Tonight at the gym, I trained my kickboxing class and ended up doing partner drills. Not only did this make the workout fun, but it required everyone to rely on someone else. In order for them to have a good workout, they have to push twice as hard, so that the other person would also push themselves. They couldn't stop because that meant the other person was losing out on valuable workout time. So grab someone you know and get this workout done!

On the ninth day of FITMAS, my personal trainer gave to meeeeeeeee..... 

9 lunge jumps, 

8 oblique plank crunches,

7 high/low planks,

6 plank jack push ups

4 knee tucks

3 star crunches

2 minute wall sit

and a 1 minute plank by the treeeeeee. 

On the tenth day of FITMAS, my personal trainer gave to meeeeeeeee..... 

10 jump squats

9 lunge jumps

8 oblique plank crunches,

7 high/low planks,

6 plank jack push ups

5 BURRRRPPEEEESSS,

4 knee tucks

3 star crunches

2 minute wall sit

and a 1 minute plank by the treeeeeee. 

On the eleventh day of FITMAS, my personal trainer gave to meeeeeeeee..... 

11 squat thrusts

10 jump squats

9 lunge jumps

8 oblique plank crunches,

7 high/low planks,

6 plank jack push ups

4 knee tucks

3 star crunches

2 minute wall sit

and a 1 minute plank by the treeeeeee.
