I just finished this new workout I put together, and my ass is already sore! Didn't think it was possible, well think again. I love putting together workouts for you, but I MUST test them before I release them, or else how will I know if they work? I was dripping sweat on the treadmill, having set the incline at 8% (my treadmill only goes to 10), and my ass was on fire the whole time. I tried to run it at a 5.5 speed consistently and even that was tough! 

This workout requires a good amount of equipment, listed below, BUT the great thing about this workout is that it can still all be done just using your bodyweight! So that means, there are absolutely NO EXCUSES why you can't get this done. Don't have a BOSU? Squat on the ground. Don't have a Stability ball? Give me regular reverse lunges. No dumbbells? Try donkey kicks without them. No medicine ball? Do bridges without it! And if you don't have access to a treadmill, find a hill in your local neighborhood and GO FOR IT!

  • BOSU Balance Trainer
  • Stability Ball
  • Dumbbell 
  • Medicine Ball

This workout not only focuses on your calves, ass, and legs, but also your CORE! Running on a treadmill at an incline also helps build your endurance!
