December 1st I'm starting an Instagram challenge - the 25 Days of Fitmas. Last year, I only did 12 days of Fitmas, adding on an exercise each day, but this year I thought it'd not only be more fun, but more motivating for me and all of you to do 25 days, 25 workouts, all posted on Instagram! I'll post the actual workout AND a video of myself doing the moves! It'll vary every day from total body, lower body, upper body, and abs/core/cardio workouts! I'm so excited for this and cannot wait for all of you to join me! The more you participate and post, the more chances you have to win some giveaways!
