Recipe: 2 Ingredient Cookies

My mom has been inspired in the kitchen lately, baking a ton of healthy treats for the family, and her coworkers, and it's been great, because then that means, I don't have to do the baking, and I still get to enjoy all of the results! She's made two recipes so far, both with bananas and oats, and I'm here to share the one with the least amount of ingredients - yes, just TWO ingredients and 15 minutes to make a tasty morning snack, post workout refuel (along with a protein shake), or even a quick breakfast on-the-go!

All you need are ripe bananas and oats.

Surprisingly, to make cookies you really don't need all that processed flour and sugar. There's natural sugar in the bananas, and the oats bind together in the oven to form this bad boy! They're quick, healthy, and delicious - what more could you possibly ask for from a cookie?

I tried two of these babies after my cardio kickboxing workout, along with a protein shake and it filled me up until lunch time, when I devoured a huge salad full of veggies and topped with chicken.

If you try this recipe, let me know! I'd love to hear what you think!
