Easter Hop Around Challenge Workout

If you're reading this, your gym is probably closed for the holiday, and you're looking for a workout to complete, at home, with minimal equipment. Well, I've put together a workout that is going to push your legs to the brink, and you're going to want to quit, or stop a ton of times, but I want you to feel the burn and keep going! There's no better way to start a holiday than with a great workout, regardless of how much unhealthy food you'll be eating later! Working out in the morning boosts your metabolism, making your body is burn more calories throughout the rest of the day - or in trainer's terms, a crazy thing called - excess post-exercise oxygen consumption, or EPOC. Some workouts, such as those that are a sufficient intensity and duration, even help trigger the release of endorphins, those feel good hormones, making you happier and feeling ready to take on anything that comes your way. Completing the workout right when you wake up, not only has physical and psychological benefits, but it also gets your workout out of the way, so you can spend the rest of the day doing whatever it is you please, whether that means working, spending time with loved ones, or running every errand under the sun!

So follow the workout below - if you're running short on time and want a quick burn, complete once, but if you have time, complete 2-3x to really feel it! Not only does this workout focus on your legs, and butt, but you'll also feel it in your core! Remember during any squat to keep your chest up, weight in your heels... you should be able to wiggle your toes, and don't let your knees go over those toes! Sit BACK, like you're about to sit in a chair, and go downnnnnn as far as you can.
