Workout Wednesday: Lazy Day Workout

Getting out of bed in the morning can be tough, especially when it's early, and you know you have to get up and workout before work, but all your body wants to do is hit snooze and roll back over. I know this because this happens to me daily... at night I'm inspired to workout in the morning, but when that alarm clock goes off, I just want to throw it across the room. Sometimes it's not even getting out of bed, sometimes you come home from work and you're tired after a long day, and the last thing you want to do is head to the gym. I've been there too, and I swear my bed calls my name at night, just inviting me in. I get it's tough, but there are no excuses. Even though you're too tired, feeling lazy, or just have no energy, there's always a way to get a workout in, even if that means going for a walk around the block catching Pokemon. Even though I don't play it, I can see how beneficial it is, especially for some people who probably wouldn't get up and walk around.

You might not feel like walking, or it might be raining outside; the workout I've created for you, can be done all from the comfort of your own bed, without any equipment!

This is great to do when you're watching TV or binge watching a new show on Netflix. By doing this 3x through, you'll work up a sweat for sure!
