Valentine's Day :: Partner Workout

Happy Valentine's Day everyone !

Grab your best friend, or love, for this sweat inducing partner workout! All you need is the two of you and a medicine ball! Follow the printout or video, and repeat the moves 3 times. Try this before you head out to dinner tonight, or if you're staying in, this will be perfect to do before you spend the night cuddled up on the couch. 

Grabbing a partner to workout helps keep you both accountable, especially on the days when you don't feel like working out. It also makes workouts more fun! Notice my smiles in the video, and if I turned on the volume, you'd hear us both laughing. Laughter is a great workout in itself, so if you're working out together AND laughing, you're way ahead of the couples sitting there at dinner across from one another on their phones. (Please don't be those people).

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Protein Shake


- 1 cup Frozen Strawberries  

- 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder  

- 1 1/2 cups Milk ( of choice  )

- 1 handful Frozen Kale  


Notice how I threw in some superfoods? I promise you won't even taste it!
Blend together & cheers your love.
