If you were able to take my strength class last week, you know that I did my first EMOM workout - for ten minutes, Every Minute On the Minute, you had to complete three moves. Then we did 5 minutes of abs in between, and moved on to the next 10 minute EMOM. IT was exhilarating, and no one had time to think. Those are the best kinds of workouts, the ones where you're just going all out and getting it done. Our half our strength class went by so quickly that I was shocked when I looked up at the clock and noticed it was over. When you finish a workout like that you feel super accomplished. 

Is there anything better than working out on a snow day? Nope. That's why I wrote down my recent EMOM for my strength class, and I'm sharing it with all of you today. You have a half hour to workout, and if you have an awesome fiancé or significant other who is busting his or her ass outside snow blowing your driveway, than there's no excuse why you can't workout for a half hour. Then you can relax and cuddle up on the couch all night long! 

All you need is a pair of dumbbells and a timer on your phone!
