This weekend is the first weekend of my new Fit in March Challenge.
If you don't know, now you know.
It's been a few months since I've hosted any type of challenge, so I decided to take a leap and SPRING right into one. Get it? Ha. I decided that this time it'd be a little different. This is only going to be a weekend challenge - which is the time most people either slack off and skip their workouts, or only have time for their workouts on their days off, so I figured it'd be the perfect time to have one.
This challenge will happen two days a week - Saturday and Sunday. Each day I will post the challenge for the day, and it might be a workout, a run, making a healthy recipe, or even sharing something with someone in your life - a healthy tip, a walk to the park, a date night, a night out with friends.
