Fitness Friday: KettleBell Hell

I keep a notebook by my bed, because it's in those times right before I drift off to sleep that ideas come to me... whether it's for a recipe, a workout, something I need to do the next day, or a blog post. The other night this happened. I was about to go to sleep when suddenly I had an idea for a workout. Kettlebell Hell. That name actually didn't just come to me until I was writing this post, but it seems fitting. This quick, and effective workout combines both upper and lower body moves to give you a total body workout in a short amount of time. 

I, for one, understand how tough it is for most people to get in a workout, but we all have 15, 20, even 30 minutes to devote to our healthier selves. It's so important to squeeze a workout in every day, even if it's a walk or a simple yoga flow before bed. Every second you take care of your body counts.

The only equipment you need are three kettle bells, two lighter ones of the same weight, and one heavy one. Stop giving excuses, and start giving it your all. When your workout is over, you'll be so glad you dedicated the time to yourself.
