CKO Strength Class

1/2 Hour Kickboxing, 1/2 Hour Strength (with weights)

One Hour Fitness Class. Open to All Levels. No Experience Necessary. Men and Women are Welcome. 

You will burn fat, and tone up by punching and kicking a real, hanging heavy bag. The resistance from the bag burns more calories and tones your muscles up faster than if you were just punching and kicking the air. Go at your own pace, and build up. You can burn up to 1200 calories per class when you push yourself! 

$20 per class. First Trial Class is Free. Memberships Available.
